Hi! My name is Brenna Kallas, and I'm from Fort Mill, South Carolina. I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life — including two Akitas, a breed often misunderstood as aggressive. I truly believe all breeds deserve love and care, and I never discriminate when it comes to the pups I care for — I love them all!

I’ve been pet sitting since middle school, but I began professionally during my senior year at the College of Charleston working with a local company, and I’m so excited to now continue this work here in Charlotte.

I’ve cared for dogs with a wide variety of needs — including senior pups and those with medical conditions — and I always treat their care as an urgent priority. Whether oral meds need to be administered, topical, or even injectables, I always make sure that all fur babies are comfortable and taken care of. At home, I have a Lab named Kal who I love with my whole heart and would bring everywhere with me if I could! I just genuinely love animals, so it’s such a joy getting to meet and bond with new companions.

Outside of pet sitting, I love reading, trying new coffee shops (bonus points if I can bring a dog!), and going on walks — a favorite activity for most of the dogs I watch, as long as it’s not too hot!

One of my favorite parts of this work is the spontaneity of meeting new people and their pups, but I also know how important it is for you to feel confident your pet is in good hands. I always prioritize clear communication and make sure to send plenty of pictures and videos so you feel completely at ease. I want any time away from your babies to feel as personalized as possible.
