A cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel overnight pet sitting services within 7 days notice prior to the start of your booking. The cancellation fee is equal to 50% of services booked, which is equal to the deposit.
For dog walking or drop in services, we require a 24 hour notice to cancel. Otherwise you’ll be charged 50% of the service rate booked.
Our Live-In Pet Care option guarantees you a sitter between 7pm and 7am and routine-based daytime coverage customized to fit your pet care needs.
We’ll invoice you through the Precise Petcare app where you can pay with a debit or credit card. Please, no Venmo! This helps us stay organized.
Overnight stays are invoiced to the client once your designated sitter confirms the booking. We collect a 50% deposit upfront to secure their spot. For dog walks or drop ins, clients will be auto invoiced on Saturday mornings for any walks completed during the week.
Sitters can be tipped via your invoice payment. Tips can be added up to 3 days after your services have been completed. You can also send them Venmo or tip in cash.
We highly encourage tipping for great service!
A 20% surcharge will be automatically added to your invoice for the following holidays:
New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day
Good Bubbas management personally vets every sitter. We look for strong pet care experience, sound judgment and a genuine love for animals. All sitters undergo a background check prior to onboarding. Once hired, sitters complete a 6-hour, 49-lesson Certified Pet Sitter and Dog Walker training program along with a handbook quiz. Only after completing these steps are sitters approved to enter clients’ homes and care for their pets.
