A cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel overnight pet sitting services within 72 hours notice prior to the start of your booking. The cancellation fee is equal to 50% of the services booked which is equal to the deposit.
For dog walking or drop in services, we require a 24 hour notice to cancel. Otherwise you’ll be charged 50% of the service rate booked.
Our Live-In Pet Care option guarantees you a sitter between 7pm and 7am and two midday drop ins (coordinate times directly with your sitter). It’s very likely your sitter will be with your pets longer than the times listed above, but those are Good Bubbas guaranteed times.
We’ll invoice you through the Precise Petcare app where you can pay with a debit or credit card. Please, no Venmo! This helps us stay organized.
Overnight stays are invoiced to the client once your designated sitter confirms the booking. We collect a 50% deposit upfront to secure their spot. For dog walks or drop ins, clients will be auto invoiced on Saturday mornings for any walks completed during the week.
Sitters can be tipped via your invoice payment. Tips can be added up to 3 days after your services have been completed. You can also send them Venmo or tip in cash.
We highly encourage tipping for great service!
A 20% surcharge will be automatically added to your invoice for the following holidays:
New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day
GB Management personally vets all their sitters, looking for extensive pet care + knowledge. After that, a background check is performed. Once the sitters are onboarded, they have two weeks from their date of hire to complete a 6 hour, 49 course Certified Pet Sitter + Dog Walker training as well as a handbook quiz. After that, they’ll officially be allowed into your homes to care for your babies!
